Do you Accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, at our discretion we accept purchase orders from all Schools Districts & Higher Educational Institutes, Hospitals, Goverments, and Non for Profit entities and we will ship your goods upon receiving a valid purchase order. Public listed companies may also apply for an account. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice.

There's pratically zero chance of credit card thief when you buy from us. In the last 20 years, and over 20,000 transactions we know of only 1 time a customer even suspected that the fraud on their credit card happened while ordering off our webiste. Not to mention, through our merchant account provider, PayPal Payment Pro (formally owned by Verisign), we only receive the last 4 digits of your credit card number and we DO NOT receive your security code. We're unable to apply even 1 CENT to your total! Rest assured your card info is safe with us.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from two different warehouses in Southern California and one in Southern Florida.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on our quick turn around. If you need your cable quickly you've come to the right place. We ship same day as ordered, in most cases. Cutoff time is 2:00pm EST, 2PM PST Mon-Fri ( depending on Warehouse the order ships from). Most customers receive their orders in ~2-3 business days. Expedited shipping methods (UPS Next Day and 2 Day Air are also available on request. Once you order we'll even send you a tracking number showing your scheduled delivery date.

Do you Guarantee you will ship out today?
Although we advertise "Same Day Shipping" on the website, this should in NO WAY be construed as a guarantee of same day shipping. It is rarity that we miss an order and not ship the same day, Monday through Friday, if the order is place by 2:00pm PST (and 2:00pm EST to ship for East Coast shipping location). Expedited shipping methods, such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select will always receive first priority.
What is your cut off time for shipping?
Generally its 2:00pm PST for West Coast shipments and 2:00pm EST for East Coast shipments. Many items may ship after that time. Never do we delayed an order to go the following day just because it's past 2:00PM. If we can ship it...we ship it. Email or call us if you require info about an item shipping after 3:00pm your local time.
Will you ship outside the Continental US?
We ship only to USA. Hawaii and Alaska may incur extra costs. Hawaii and Alaska customers please email us at Sales@Cat5eCableGuy.com with your zip code so we can calculate your shipping charge.

1 Day UPS Overnight Air , 2 Day UPS Air are based on request. 3 Day UPS Select are now incorporated in our website's checkout.

May I use my UPS or FedEx account to pay shipping charges?
We prefer to use our own shipping account, but may make exceptions.
How much for Shipping and Handling?
At any time you may add all you items to the shopping cart, enter your zip code then click on the button "Estimate Shipping". Click on the button don't just hit your "ENTER" key. This will display the costs all of our shipping methods: UPS Ground Shipping, 3 Day UPS Select. 2 Day Air, and 1 Day Air. You will choose the actual shipping method later once you proceed to "Secure Checkout".

What's your policy on Returns and Cancelled Orders?
You are welcome to cancel or return any unused item up to 30 days after purchase. However, we cannot return your shipping and handling charges, in any case. You will also be charged a 20% restocking fee.
You are also responsible for any return shipping charges.
Due to fraud attempts the return transaction is not complete until we have inspected the merchandise and deem it new and
unused. Any attempt to send used merchandise will be considered gift and no further action will be taken.
Orders can be cancelled with no penalty to you up until the time we apply postage and send you an email confirmation that the package is being shipped.
What if Item is received defective?
Please contact us within 1 month of purchase if product is defective.
Disclaimer: If product is deemed defective upon arrival we are not responsible for any fees above the original purchase price of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to test product before under going installation.
